Workouts are an activity that the player can do to improve his stamina. The player can do push-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups, and hit the heavy bag to improve his stamina.

Chin-UpsEdit

Repeatedly tap the 'A' or 'X' button.

  2. Do 10 chin-ups in 21 seconds.
  3. Do 10 chin-ups in 19 seconds.
  4. Do 10 chin-ups in 17 seconds.
  5. Do 15 chin-ups in 32 seconds.
  6. Do 15 chin-ups in 29 seconds.
  7. Do 15 chin-ups in 26 seconds.
  8. Do 20 chin-ups in 40 seconds.

Sit-UpsEdit
