Formation and Background[]
Little is known about the Boyle Avenue Runners' formation, except that they were founded sometime before the meeting on July 12, 1979. Their territory was Astoria, Queens, and they could be identified by their black vests with a red trim. They were on the Gramercy Riffs' network.
The meeting[]

The Boyle Avenue Runners were one of the gangs invited by Cyrus and the Riffs, to the meeting, held in Van Cortlandt Park, in the Bronx. The Boyle Avenue Runners sent nine delegates from their territory, in Astoria, to the conclave. Although it is unknown what became of the delegates, when the meeting was interrupted by the shooting of Cyrus, and the arrival of the police.
In the Film[]
They are seen in the film's opening montage of various gangs making their way to the meeting.
In the Game[]
It's possible they were in that long cutscene at the big meeting.
