Seal is a lieutenant - and messenger boy - of the Gramercy Riffs. He was most likely played by Ron Ferrel.
In The Film[]
Masai had two messengers in the film; one black (Seal), one Hispanic. The Hispanic one was played by Fernando Castillo, but didn't appear in the game.
Seal is the one to introduce the witness to Cyrus. In the game, Spazz does this.
In The Game[]
Seal is the messenger that goes to all the gangs shown in the intro for All-City to organize their truce for the meeting. He replaces the Hispanic messenger in the game rendition, and is Masai's one messenger.
Fighting Ability[]
Seal, like most characters, shares the 2-hit combos as standard grapple moves, with Ajax's rage grapple moves. Like most characters, he uses the roundhouse and tornado kicks as power moves. Unlike most Riffs, he uses the fighting style of Ajax and Snow, and the standard cross-dive, not the flying kick.
Quotes[]
- "Riffs, march! March!" - LET'S GO
- "Riffs! Halt!" - HOLD UP
- "Riffs! Defensive positions!" - WATCH MY BACK
- "I'm gon' show you the RIFF way!" - Threat

- "That's the struggle, blood!" - Threat

Trivia[]
- He has Spazz's voice.
- He has a different uniform in the game - a martial arts uniform like most other Riffs, but blue.
