Scopes is a well-known and respected spray artist. He was voiced by DMC.
In The Game[]
Scopes has shown to be a pal of Luna 51 and Rembrandt, possibly being the one to inspire the latter to be a writer. The Hi-Hats have him host a graffiti competition on their turf, only for it to be a trap and an excuse for them to wreck him, and several gang members. He later appears in All-City, where The Warriors bomb The Moonrunners' train yard.
