Sammy is a Savage Huns Affiliate.
In The Game[]
Near the end of Scout's Honor, Fox and Vermin spot him collecting a debt to Ghost from a civilian. He then spots the level's protagonist and deuteragonist, and legs it.
The two give chase, leading them to The Savage Huns' headquarters, forcing them to fight several soldiers and lieutenants, and eventually their Warlord.
After Fox and Vermin wreck Ghost, Sammy attempts another escape, before being grappled by the duo. Sammy is then robbed of his goodie bag, and wrecked (or potentially killed) by Fox and/or Vermin - not necessarily in that order.
