Rumble Mode

Rumble Mode is an optional minigame that is featured in the 2005 video game The Warriors. The player can unlock playable challenges, soldiers and arenas and challenges by completing story levels and bonus objectives. The player can also create unique gangs consisting of up to nine members by choosing between the game's 365 playbale characters. It is accessed through the pinball machine located in the Warriors' hangout in Coney Island.

Challenges[]

1 on 1[]

Description: 2 boppers enter and only 1 leaves.
Modes: 1P | VS.
Arenas: Fight Pen, The Rotunda, Red Devil, Shaolin Temple, Club 45, Swimming Pool.
Objective: One fighter must defeat the other in single combat.

War Party[]

Description: A real heavy showdown - 2 gangs with 5 to a side.
Modes: 1P | COOP | VS.
Arenas: Fight Pen, The Rotunda, Red Devil, Shaolin Temple, Club 45, Swimming Pool, The Shack, Tack's Warehouse, The Graveyard, The Bridge, The Orphanage, Subway Bathroom.
Objective: In this five-a-side showdown, the first team to wipe out all of the other's members is the winner.

Army-ing[]

Description: Heavy! 2 Gangs with 9 to a side.
Modes: 1P | COOP | VS.
Arenas: Fight Pen, The Rotunda, Red Devil, Shaolin Temple, The Bridge, The Orphanage,, Stripes and Solids, Coney Amusement, The Park, The Old Junkyard, Mausoleum Hill.
Objective: In this nine-a-side showdown, the first team to wipe out all of the other's members is the winner.

Survival[]

Description: Take on an endless barrage of heavy boppers! How long can you survive?
Modes: 1P | VS.
Arenas: The Park, The Old Junkyard, Mausoleum Hill.
Objective: The player must survive for as long as they can against an endless barrage of enemies.

Have Mercy[]

Description: Like capture the flag but with a chick.
Modes: VS.
Arenas: The Bridge, The Orphanage.
Objective: In this two-player showdown, the player who moves Mercy to their assigned location first is the winner.

Burner Battle[]

Description: Grab the pain that appears at random locations on the map and get your 5 layer burner up first!
Modes: 1P | VS.
Arenas: Courtyard.
Objective: In this one-on-one showdown, the competitor to complete a five-layer burner first is the winner.

Wheels of Steel[]

Description: Race a wheelchair through the streets of NY and cross the finish like before your rival does!
Modes: 1P | VS.
Arenas: The Rotunda, Gunhill Road, Chinatown.
Objective: In this wheelchair race beyween Birdie and Wheels, whoever crosses the finish line first is the winner.

King of the Hill[]

Description: Climb the mountain and stake your claim but don't get thrown off by jealous suckas!
Modes: 1P | COOP | VS.
Arenas: Junkyard, King o'Shanties, Mausoleum Hill.
Objective: In this two-team competition, the first team to hold the highest position for 100 seconds wins.
