Marcel appears in Writer's Block and Encore. In the intro of All-City, a Riff informs him of the meeting.
Fighting Ability[]
Marcel is always armed with a knife during Rumble Mode. His power move is a back kick, whilst his secondary power move is a jump kick. He shares these moves only with Crackerjack.
