In the film, video games, and comic books, 'Main Lieutenant' is a rank in the gangs used to determine the Second-In-Command. He is the best of all the other lieutenants in the gang, answering only to the Warlord himself. He assumes the role of 'Warlord' in case the previous Warlord is lost.
