Lafonda is a game-exclusive character featured in The Warriors. She is a young woman living in East Coney.

Lafonda makes her appearance in Heavy Muscle, where she is found by Ajax and Snow wearing Ajax's vest, given to her by the Destroyer soldier L.C., who stole it from him. After she has sex with Ajax for beating up L.C., she gives him back his vest. Later, when she calls out to Ajax from her balcony, wearing a bra, she attracts several Destroyers to their location, and they flee.
Her only other appearance is in Rumble Mode, where she uses a generic female fighting style.
