Devon is a lieutenant of the Destroyers. He was voiced by Rocco Rosario.

In The Game[]

Devon doesn't actually appear anywhere in the game besides Rumble Mode. It's likely that Skooly, Chase and Devon were to appear in the first three Flashback Missions (Roots, The Best, and Heavy Muscle), as well as Missions 2, 3, 9, and 10, but were cut from the levels and replaced with Crusty.
