Chloe is an undercover cop trying to catch gang members and rapists in Riverside Park. She was played by Mercedes Ruehl and voiced by Orfeh.

Description[]

Chloe has long, wavy, shoulder-length black hair and dark brown eyes. She wears a red short-sleeved blouse with strings, a thin gold necklace around her neck, a gold bracelet on her right wrist, silver hoop earrings, ankle-length blue jeans, and purple and yellow flat sandals.

In The Film[]

Chloe is sitting on a bench in Riverside Park as Ajax, Swan, Snow and Cowboy walk past. Ajax notices her and attempts to have sex with her after she asks him how he plays with the chicks. She takes out a pair of handcuffs, cuffs Ajax to the bench, and whistles for some police officers to come over and arrest him.

In The Game[]

Chloe appears in Home Run, in the exact spot as she was in the film.

Fighting Ability[]

Chloe is available in Rumble Mode in the Movie Extras gang. She also has more HP than anyone else, in Rumble Mode, and is much stronger than every other female in the game (including Rosie, Mercy, Mindy and The Lizzies).

Chloe has more HP than every other female in the game (including The Lizzies).
Chloe is the strongest female fighter in the game, rivaling Starr and the Lizzies.
Chloe, and maybe Rosie are tied with the Lizzies (Starr, in particular) as the strongest female fighters in the game, (both fighting-wise and health-wise, respectively), if not, more stronger than the Lizzies altogether, as well.
In the movie, Mercedes Ruehl is credited as 'Policewoman' and in the game Orfeh is credited as 'Undercover Cop'.
Orfeh also voiced Millie in GTA: San Andreas, another Rockstar game.
